20/20 used for border.

I'm questioning the composition. Any thoughts?

The border seemed to take away much of the photograph which annoyed me a little.
I haven't got the hang of gimp borders yet, and 20/20 style ones give you a false preview. It's frustrating!

3.2 Megapixel olympus digital camera. Altogether 46 shots taken of this flower, this was one of them.

Very nice colors and lighting.....I would like to see more of the top of the flower...but nice work!

Great shot; nice composition. I feel like the flower is just a smidge out of focus. I think sharpening the image a bit would improve it. +9/10

I like the composition as it is, however I think that with a composition like this (ie only part of the flower) the lighting conditions really have to be just perfect, and for me that is not happening due to the shadow on the petal and the allmost over exposed other part of the flower. Still it is a nice shot and a very interesting composition. Well done
